Why “Christ the Redeemer”?
We named our church “Christ the Redeemer” because we believe that only Jesus has the power to redeem the brokenness in our world. He redeems our relationships, families, struggles, and heartbreak. But most of all, He alone has the power to redeem and restore us into right relationship with God the Father! Without Christ as the redeemer of our souls, we would be left far-off from God as strangers and aliens. But praise God, Christ has come as our Savior to make it possible for us to be reconciled to God and be made sons and daughters of our Heavenly Father! Christ is the Redeemer of all things!
For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.
